  • Craig Jensz

    Founder & CEO

    Craig is one of Australia’s leading corporate advisors with his 30+ year career being built through a long-term commitment to creating shareholder value and putting clients interest first.

    Craig specialises in public market M&A and divestments, with 60+ completed transactions (>$8 billion) and 15+ successful takeover defences.

    Before founding Lion Advisory in 2012, Craig was Managing Director of the Melbourne office of Gresham Partners and previously worked for UBS, Deutsche Bank, Shell Australia and Arthur Anderson.

    Craig holds a Masters of Applied Finance (First Class) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Economics) from the University of Melbourne.

  • Paul Duske

    Managing Director

    Paul is a seasoned investment banker with 30+ years’ experience specialising in public market M&A, divestments, financial valuations, strategic reviews and equity capital raisings.

    Before joining Lion Advisory in 2018, Paul had a successful 18-year career as an Executive Director in Gresham Partners investment banking team in Melbourne and has previously worked for ANZ Ventures and UBS.

    Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Melbourne and is a Tuck Scholar, MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
